Give it a dark wash and cut it into a short angled bob. I would also try some long sidebangs. =]
I have a short hair-cut as long as my middle neck what do i do to it to look like a skater girl???
Play with some colors.
Dark and blonde maybe?
Run the straightener through it,
get some side bangs,
mess it up and you're good to go.
