Wearing your hair up would be fine, but stay away from a really short hair cut. The key is to believe that you look good. If you show self-confidence, then others will believe it, too, and be drawn to you. If you act like you don't like your hair, others will pick up on that and won't like it, either.

I personally have a round face and I've been through it all. I used to have hair down to the small of my back, and then just chopped it off. It's been shoulder length and even earlobe length. You can afford to do almost anything.

You should get a short cut. Also get short side sweep bangs. You can also wear your hair up, I think that will make you look gr8 too!!!!
