A curling iron, only keep the curls on the iron for about 4 seconds, spray your hair, and jump around a bit ;) then the curls will turn to waves. or dampen your hair at night, put your hair in a messy bun and sleep with it. take out the bun and it should be wavy, you could try rollers too.

try aussie brand it smells great i love that stuff and they have scrunchy products. or go to a beauty supply store and buy a product that says Beachy Waves on it there are different brands just ask the sales person they'll give you something. or look for the brand KMS they have one for sure

How short exactly did you cut it?

If it is completly cropped it will be next to impossible

If it is like a bob or something use a crimper or hair play products and then scrunch.
